About Doon Animal Welfare Foundation:
Doon Animal Welfare Trust is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating cows facing cruelty, abandonment, and neglect in Dehradun. With over 2,000 cows under our care, we work tirelessly to provide them with safe shelter, nutritious food, timely medical care, and compassionate lifelong support. Our team conducts rescues, delivers emergency treatment, and ensures long-term rehabilitation for injured and vulnerable cattle. Through structured care systems and community outreach, we strive to safeguard these gentle beings and uphold their dignity and well-being.

Role Overview:
We are looking for confident, persuasive, and mission-driven Telecallers to join our telecalling team at Kaulagarh, Dehradun. The role involves reaching out to potential donors/supporters, explaining the Trust’s mission and work, and encouraging monthly/one-time contributions to support animal welfare initiatives.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, have strong convincing skills, and want to work for a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters using provided data/leads.
  • Explain the Trust’s mission, ongoing rescue work, and impact in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Encourage supporters to donate (monthly or one-time contributions).
  • Maintain accurate donor information and proper call updates in records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Follow call scripts and ensure professional communication with all callers.
  • Handle donor queries, objections, and follow-ups politely and effectively.
  • Submit daily call reports and coordinate with the fundraising team.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate / MBA / MSW students or graduates preferred (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Comfortable with calling targets and result-based performance.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email communication, basic reporting).
  • Passion for animal welfare and willingness to work in the social sector.
  • Prior telecalling / sales / customer support experience is a plus.
